A reminder that the P&F are shouting all GA Mums to a coffee at B'eats on Bay for Mother's Day. Simply use the code "GA Mum" when ordering your coffee/tea/hot chocolate on Friday 12 May.
Lytton District Cross Country
Congratulations and well done to the following students for qualifying and running at the Lytton District Cross Country carnival on Tuesday:
Carter B, Will B, Daisy G, Beau McG, Orlando M, Christina V
All students represented Guardian with pride with most of the team breaking their personal bests set at the GA school carnival last term. How fitting that this should be in the week where students are learning about the letter I in LIVE the GA Way - leading by example to Inspire others.
School Photos - 29 May
Please see the attached instructions on how to order. Parents who would like to order family/sibling photos can the use same Access Key H655NJ5P.
An important note on family/sibling photo orders: these orders must be placed by 4:30pm on 28 May. Any family/sibling photos that have not been ordered before the cut-off will not be taken. Unfortunately, the photographers cannot make any exceptions on the day.
All students will have an individual photo taken on Photo Day regardless of whether an order has been placed. Individual student ordering will stay open after Photo Day however orders placed after the bulk of orders have been printed will be sent directly to parents and will incur a postage charge per order.

School Fees
This is a courtesy reminder that Term 2 school fees are due tomorrow, Friday 12 May. Thank you to those families who have already made payments or who have arrangements in place.
If you have not paid your school fees, we ask that you do so as soon as possible or contact the Finance Office to make payment arrangements.
If you have not received a copy of your statement, please check your junk/spam email folder. If you require another copy of your statement, please request by emailing pwynfinance@bne.catholic.edu.au.
Our preferred method of payment is by Direct Debit. Direct debit forms are available on the School website or please email me at pwynfinance@bne.catholic.edu.au to request a copy.
Other payment options are:
- BPAY using the reference details on your statement.

- EFTPOS via the School Offices.

Drop off and pick up zone volunteers
Thank you to those parents who have already so generously volunteered their time in the pick up zones. We truly appreciate your help.
We would love parent helpers in pick up zones this year. Pick up zones operate from 8:00am – 8:25am in the morning and from 2:55pm – 3:20pm in the afternoons. It's an easy 25 mins, opening car doors, helping little people in and out of cars.
If you can spare 20-30 minutes once or twice a week please email Jenny Druce at jdruce@bne.catholic.edu.au with your preferred day, time and campus.
A friendly reminder, before commencing your role as a volunteer or other personnel at our school, you are required to complete the online volunteer training. This training needs to be renewed annually and can be found here: https://www.bne.catholic.edu.au/students-parents/student-protection/Pages/Student-Protection-and-Code-of-Conduct-Training-for-Volunteers-and-Other-Personnel.aspx
You will need to download, print and complete your registration form, which is contained within your online training. Return it to the School Office prior to commencing your role.
Second-hand Uniform Shop
Due to seasonal demand a special pop will be available on Monday 22 May at 3:00pm.
The second hand uniform shop is also open on the first Monday of the month with the next open day on Monday 5 June. The shop will open between 7:45am and 8:20am on the GA campus.
Each item is $5. Cash only sales.
Need items outside of shop open times? Please email pwynnum@bne.catholic.edu.au with what you need and one of our amazing parent volunteers will fill this order for you.

The Update Your Details page (https://extranet16.bne.catholic.edu.au/parent/guardianangelswynnum/MyDetails/Pages/MyDetails.aspx) allows you to check the contact information we have for you so you can help us keep your details accurate for emergencies, billing and to keep you up-to-date with happenings in our school community. A friendly reminder, if someone in your family changes their contact details, we are required to check with other members of the household sharing the same contact details (ie home or mailing address) whether or not your details have also changed. We cannot assume that changes made to one student contact can be made to another. Not sure how to get access to the Parent Portal?
